A certified company providing quality services

Situated in the Arve Valley for over forty years, our family business has been specialising in the manufacture of technical parts to drawings or to a reference standard for some time. We are certified according to ISO 9001, EN 9100 and AQAP 2110, which certifies the company's skills in the manufacture and marketing of high-quality fasteners and components, whether they are standard or custom-made ones.

Because performance is a priority for us, we have invested in new production methods each year, thereby allowing for precision machining and the realisation of different production processes.

We produce standardised parts for each sector

For all sectors, we work to produce standard or specific parts in strict compliance with standards, particularly aeronautical standards.

Therefore, our company produces parts according to various standards, such as NF, ISO, DIN, AIR, in particular for the production of screws, nuts, washers, pins and spacers.

Our metallography laboratory serves the needs of quality

We have our own metallography laboratory. Our different means of measurement allow us to analyse the nuances of raw materials, in particular to check their chemical composition. We can, for example, make macrographic sections (to check fibre content) and micrographic sections (to check structure). All this makes it possible to confirm the condition of a material, its conformity and its homogeneity.

Our metallography laboratory enables us to carry out tests (such as micrography, macrography, hardness tests, chemical analyses by X-ray fluorescence, and so on). In turn, this means we can offer you a product that meets the standards or requirements of your specifications perfectly. In order to ensure constant quality is maintained, Malouvis works with the CETIM (Centre Technique des Industries Mécaniques), a testing laboratory accredited by COFRAC ( the French Accreditation Committee).

Our quality controls at each stage of production

To ensure quality products and customised services are maintained, we carry out controls at each stage of the manufacturing process. Our quality controls are carried out as soon as the material is received and then during the various stages of the production processes, enabling us to ensure appropriate configuration management that is in accordance with the EN 9100 standard. Finally, we carry out further final checks before dispatching your order.

Consequently, you can thus be assured of the high quality of the parts you order from us, as all our deliveries are accompanied by an NF-L-00015 declaration of conformity.
